Thriving Homes.) “Our agency has been revitalized as a result of our LWS Action Learning Project. Our team listened to us, embraced our mission and then put their hearts into our project. The services we provide have always helped and been supported by the community, but our name – Exchange/SCAN (Stop Child Abuse Now) – did not align with the positive things we were doing. Our board of directors has discussed a name change for several years but did not have the time or funds to tackle this issue. With the LWS team, we got to work with a team we could not have assembled or afforded. The work of that team solved our branding dilemma. We have a new name, a new logo and most importantly, our staff are proud to talk about our name in the community.” Elizabeth Miller, Executive Director
