Leadership Winston-Salem’s Flagship Program is designed to ignite community leaders to serve and improve conditions in Winston-Salem and Forsyth County. Our mission is founded on educating, connecting, and energizing program participants to complete their Flagship journey which includes:

• active engagement in experiences that elevate their knowledge of our city and county
• behind the scenes opportunities to learn more about the industries and agencies that impact our communities
• working in Action Learning teams to address a critical dilemma or initiative local non-profit agencies
