The application window for 2022-2023 opens in Spring (February) 2023. Check our Info Session section of the website for details about upcoming Flagship recruitment sessions.

Applicants must submit a completed application packet which consists of all of the following documents unless otherwise noted:

  • New Member Application – this form requires answers to questions that will help us get to know you better and understand your expectations of the program
  • Employer Statement of Support – each candidate must consult with their supervisor to ensure the employer supports the commitment of time and financial requirements (partially or in full). If you are self-employed, this form does not apply to you.
  • Reference Form – each candidate must submit a reference from a colleague or person in the community who can vouch for their strengths and character
  • Application for Financial Assistance – financial aid is available to candidates with certain limitations. We review each request on a case-by-case basis.  Limited financial aid is available.
