The application window for the Flagship 2023-2024 program is currently closed. We will start accepting applications again in the spring for the next program year.

Applicants must submit a completed application packet which consists of all of the following documents unless otherwise noted:

  • Flagship New Member Application – this form requires answers to questions that will help us get to know you better and understand your expectations of the program.
  • Employer Statement of Support – each candidate must consult with their supervisor before applying for the program to ensure the employer supports the commitment of time and financial obligation (partially or in full). If you are self-employed, this form does not apply to you. You can access the form below.
  • Character Reference Form – each candidate must submit a reference from a colleague or person in the community who can vouch for their strengths and character. You can access the form below.
  • Tuition Assistance Application – Limited tuition assistance is available for newly selected class members with certain limitations. We review each request on a first-come, first-served and case-by-case basis.
