Completed Action Learning Projects
Action Learning Projects play a key role in the Flagship program. Community organizations submit proposals each year for an opportunity to work with Action Learning team participants to reach goals that would be otherwise challenging for the organizations without the extra resources. Action Learning projects are designed to transform Flagship participants through hands-on, strategic work that impacts organizations long-term. These initiatives give the class members a chance to experiment with new ideas and work collaboratively to address critical needs and goals. It isn’t just about learning new things and developing new skills and perspectives; it’s about unifying to accomplish outcomes that positively impact our community.
