Leadership Winston-Salem grads fully understand the value of the relationships that were forged with their classmates. Our CONTINUING CONNECTIONS program is designed to renew and strengthen those existing relationships and to reach across program years to foster new relationship building. This year, VENTURE CAFE, located in the historic Bailey Power Plant, will host LWS Alumni on Thursday, October 17 at 5 PM. Chances are you’ve heard of Venture Cafe, but you may not be sure exactly what they do. And chances are you’ve seen the renovated Bailey Power Plant from the outside, but maybe you’ve never been inside. Well… now’s your chance!

  • Enjoy an alumni “mini-reunion” with complimentary beer and wine begins at 5 PM
  • Learn from Venture Cafe’s Program Director Susan Morris (LWS Class of 2014) about their worldwide presence and how their business model enhances and accelerates the growth of innovation and entrepreneurship in Winston-Salem
  • All are invited to stay for their regular programs and conversations starting at 6 PM

There is no cost to attend and tickets are not required, but we’d love to know who is coming.
